1. Agreement and scope of services
By using this website or a related service, you agree to these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, do not use the relevant website or service. Mandatory consumer, privacy, and other legal rights remain unaffected.
We provide information about AI automation, business solutions, software development, integrations, and application support. Website examples are illustrative, not promises of particular results. An assessment request is an inquiry; it does not create a paid engagement or guarantee acceptance, availability, or a response within a particular time.
Paid projects require a separate written agreement or statement of work covering scope, fees, payment, delivery, cancellation, refunds, and ownership. For that project, the signed agreement controls if it conflicts with these website Terms. This website does not automatically enroll you in a paid subscription.
Jorik’s intended service. Jorik allows a user to designate emergency contacts and set check-in points. When a designated check-in is missed, Jorik is intended to notify contacts who have affirmatively agreed to receive the relevant alerts, including the user’s last available GPS location when the user has authorized sharing. Contact-designation confirmations and related service notifications may also be provided after the recipient’s consent. A missed check-in does not establish that an emergency has occurred.
Not emergency services. Jorik is not a substitute for calling 911 or the appropriate local emergency number, professional monitoring, medical care, or an agreed personal safety plan. Do not rely on it as your sole means of obtaining emergency help. It does not guarantee that an alert will be delivered, read, or acted upon. Location can be inaccurate, unavailable, or outdated; alerts can be delayed or fail because of device permissions, battery, connectivity, software, or carrier conditions.
Future app pricing. Jorik’s paid plans and providers have not been finalized. These Terms do not authorize a charge or automatic renewal. Before any paid enrollment, applicable prices, billing periods, renewal terms, cancellation steps, and refund terms must be disclosed and accepted separately.
2. Registration and legal eligibility
These Terms do not impose a blanket numerical minimum age. You may register, use a service, or opt in to SMS only where legally permitted and when you can provide valid consent. Obtain parent or guardian involvement or permission where applicable law requires it. Anyone entering a paid service agreement must have the legal capacity and authority to do so.
This policy does not waive children’s privacy protections. Where parental notice, verifiable parental consent, or other safeguards are required before collecting personal information, those requirements must be satisfied before registration or SMS enrollment. If required safeguards cannot be provided, the relevant enrollment is not available.
When registration is offered, provide accurate information, keep credentials private, and notify us of suspected unauthorized access. Do not use another person’s identity or phone number without authorization. If acting for an organization, you must have authority to act on its behalf.
3. Acceptable use
Use the website and services lawfully and respect other people’s rights. You must not:
- Submit fraudulent, unlawful, abusive, or misleading information, or infringe privacy or intellectual property rights.
- Send spam, enroll someone else in messages without valid authorization, or misuse our inquiry forms.
- Use Jorik to track someone without permission, distribute location information without authorization, or harass a designated contact.
- Introduce malware, disrupt the website, bypass security controls, or attempt unauthorized access.
- Copy, scrape, or redistribute protected content without permission, except where the law allows it.
4. Jorik Emergency Contact Alerts — mobile terms
Program and message types. The planned Jorik Emergency Contact Alerts program is operated and controlled by Eesha Solutions LLC. Consenting designated contacts may receive contact-designation confirmations, missed-check-in alerts, the app user’s last authorized location, and related service notifications. This is a recurring, service-only program with no advertising or promotional messages. Messages are sent only using approved program templates and centrally controlled sending rules, not as an unrestricted person-to-person texting or SMS invitation service. Consent to Jorik does not enroll you in another Eesha Solutions app or messaging program.
Recipient consent—not silence. Each contact must personally provide affirmative consent for this program and a phone number they are authorized to use. The app user’s nomination of a contact is not the contact’s consent. Merely receiving a message or not replying STOP is not opt-in. Before any SMS, including an invitation or designation notice, the recipient’s prior consent for that message must be obtained; an app user can instead share a consent link through their own communication channel. Registration, accepting these Terms, or submitting the assessment form is not SMS consent. Any legally required parent or guardian consent must also be obtained.
Messages may be sent using automated technology. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing services. Declining or withdrawing consent means you will not receive Jorik SMS alerts; the app user should arrange other safety contacts or communication methods. Consent for email or other channels must be handled separately as applicable.
US short-code status. Eesha Solutions is preparing a US short-code application for this program. No short code is assigned or operational on this page. The approved short code must be identified in the enrollment flow before launch. US short-code delivery is limited to supported US carrier networks that have approved the program.
Enrollment confirmation. After valid recipient consent and required number verification, the recurring program must send one SMS confirming enrollment before sending program alerts. That confirmation identifies the program, message frequency, rates, and STOP/HELP instructions. These Terms describe launch requirements, not evidence of an active enrollment system.
Frequency and charges. Message frequency varies based on contact enrollment, the app user’s missed check-ins, and related service events; there is no fixed message schedule. Message and data rates may apply to messages sent to you and messages you send to us. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your text or data plan. These notifications do not provide guaranteed emergency communication or emergency dispatch.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Text STOP to the Jorik short code that sent the message. We will send one SMS confirming that you have been unsubscribed, then send no further program messages unless you provide a new valid opt-in. To rejoin, complete the recipient opt-in process again; being designated again is not sufficient.
Other standard opt-out keywords, including END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, and QUIT, and other reasonable revocation methods must also be honored. You can email info@eeshasolutions.com with “SMS opt-out” and the phone number to remove.
For help: reply HELP to a program message, or email info@eeshasolutions.com.
The implemented short-code service must answer HELP and STOP requests whether or not the sender is subscribed. Requested HELP and opt-out responses do not re-enroll anyone. Opt-out suppression must apply before any further alert is sent and to all messaging routes for this program. Other reasonable revocations will be processed promptly within applicable legal deadlines. Opting out does not itself cancel an account, assessment request, or service agreement; other communication requires its own lawful basis and preferences.
Number changes and delivery. Tell us if you change or give up an enrolled number so we can update or remove it. The program must also address reassigned or deactivated numbers. Delivery depends on network and carrier availability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, subject to applicable law.
SMS information. We do not sell or share mobile numbers or SMS consent records with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may provide information to service providers solely to operate the messaging program, handle support, or comply with law, subject to appropriate restrictions.
For data practices, read our Privacy Policy. For the proposed consent screen and message flow, read our SMS Opt-in Policy.
5. Information you provide
You retain rights in the information and materials you submit. You authorize us to use them as needed to respond to your inquiry, provide requested services, administer your preferences, and meet legal obligations. Only submit information you have the right to share.
The assessment form collects the name, email address, company, company size, service interest, and project description you provide, and sends those details to our business inbox. Do not submit passwords, sensitive personal information, or confidential documents through the public inquiry form. Project-specific confidentiality and data-handling obligations should be agreed separately in writing.
Jorik’s planned processing includes phone numbers, email addresses, and GPS location, together with the operational records needed to manage check-ins, contact consent, delivery, and opt-outs. Users must authorize any sharing of their last location with designated contacts. See our Privacy Policy for website and Jorik data practices. Contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of consent where those rights apply. We may retain information needed for legal obligations, disputes, and lawful consent or suppression records, subject to applicable law.
6. Intellectual property
The website and apps’ branding, software, text, designs, and other protected materials belong to Eesha Solutions or their respective owners. You may use available apps for their intended, lawful purposes and view this site for personal or internal business use. These Terms do not transfer ownership or grant permission to commercially reproduce our branding or protected content. Rights to client deliverables are determined by the applicable signed service agreement.
7. Availability, disclaimers, and liability
The website, apps, and informational content are provided “as is” and “as available,” to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free content, specific savings, business outcomes, or emergency response. Jorik’s alert and location limitations described in Section 1 also apply. AI-generated results, where offered, may be inaccurate and require appropriate human review; website information is not legal, medical, or financial advice.
Third-party services and linked websites have their own terms and practices. We do not control them or warrant their availability or content.
To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties relating to this website, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from website use. Our total liability for claims relating solely to this free website will not exceed US $100, except where that limitation is prohibited.
These limitations do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or gross negligence. Liability for paid services is governed by the separate signed agreement. Mandatory consumer and other statutory rights remain intact.
8. Ending use or access
You may stop using the website at any time. Where accounts are available, contact us to request closure. SMS opt-out is separate from account closure and can be requested at any time as described above.
We may restrict or suspend access when necessary to address misuse, security risks, or legal requirements, subject to applicable law and any signed agreement. Ending access does not remove obligations that reasonably survive, such as ownership protections, lawful record retention, and applicable liability provisions.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and its date on this page. For material changes affecting registered users, we will provide reasonable advance notice through an available contact method or a prominent website notice where required or appropriate. Changes will not apply retroactively where prohibited, and new consent will be obtained where legally required. Updating these Terms does not authorize a broader SMS program or reinstate withdrawn SMS consent.
10. Governing law and general terms
North Carolina law and applicable United States federal law govern these Terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory protections in your jurisdiction require otherwise. Subject to those protections, disputes concerning this website may be brought in courts with jurisdiction in North Carolina. A signed service agreement may specify different dispute procedures for paid work.
If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. A delay in enforcing a provision is not a waiver. These Terms govern covered website and app use together with applicable program notices, without replacing separate signed service agreements.
